This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) defines the working relationship between:

1. Service Provisions

The Client shall select from the following managed service tiers. Each operates on a rolling monthly basis.

Business Website Tier — £8/month

A reliable, high-performing online presence built to elevate your brand.

  • Bespoke web design tailored to your brand identity (custom HTML, CSS, PHP)
  • Fully managed hosting with pre-configured HTTPS encryption
  • Professional email forwarding and routing
  • Maintenance: Batch updates for text and photos, published usually within 2 working days
  • Automated daily backups with free restoration on request
  • Storage: 7GB disk quota
  • Rolling 30-day agreement

Enhanced Website Tier — £10/month

Engineered for interactive tasks, customer input, and advanced infrastructure capabilities.

  • All core features included in the Business Website Tier
  • Interactive integrations for external systems (payment links, forms, scheduling requests)
  • Automated customer notifications and reliable message routing
  • Flexible maintenance: Managed batch updates or autonomous SFTP access
  • Automated daily backups with free restoration on request
  • Storage: 10GB disk quota
  • Rolling 30-day agreement

Exclusions: Domain name registration and renewal costs are the responsibility of the Client. SoreTech provides technical guidance on third-party domain procurement at no extra cost.

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate the service by providing 30 days’ written notice via email. Service will conclude at the end of the final paid billing cycle.

Note: While SoreTech maintains a robust backup schedule for system integrity, the Client is encouraged to retain local copies of vital assets.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. Acceptance

Formal acceptance is confirmed by replying to the delivery email. This confirmation is securely logged for audit purposes, establishing the commencement of the Agreement.
