Self-Managed Site

£12/month

Full control with support available when needed (£20/hour). I’ll install a HTML or WordPress template and set up secure hosting then handover to you. You manage content, updates, and media.

How It Works

Simple Monthly Contract: Your service operates on a rolling monthly contract, with payment due on the first day of each month. Once your site is live, it remains actively hosted online for each full month that payment is received. To ensure continuous service, kindly ensure payment is made by the due date; service will be suspended on the first day of the month if the previous month's payment was not received.

Content Update Policy: I offer twelve complimentary content update windows annually (within a rolling 12-month period). You have the flexibility to use these as needed, whether it's all in one go or spread out annually. Any additional edits beyond the included 12 will be charged at my consultancy rate. An "edit" is defined as any instance where I access your website's editor to make changes.

You only pay for the time you need, whether it's for troubleshooting, strategic advice, or hands-on implementation - with a minimum charge of £20 per engagement
